what power suppley to get

I am going to over clock my fx 8320 to 4000mhz and in the future get another 660 gtx and an ssd what power supply too get???
I have been looking to get the xfx 750w gold full model pro series but is this over kill???
CPU: fx 8320
GPU: gtx 660 MIS 3
MOBO: GA-990XA-UD3
fans: I have one red 200mm,fan 1 140 mm fan,6 120mm fans.
PSU: xfx pro core 550w bronze
cooler: CM 212 hyper evo
I would like a full model gold power supply but what wattage and because I will be doing future upgrades to???

500 wattage will be sufficient, but try to make sure that you have 32amps on the 12v rail. That system would only use a max of 350-400 watts under load to give you a bit of ansight into what you would need

misread, with the extra 660 you are looking at up to 550-600 watts

the xfx one you are looking at would be fine, and allow for future upgrades

I agree, I have a Corsair 750w running for my stuff. I know I'm not using it at max capacity, but it runs quiet and cool and I have zero concerns. I mean, really, am I going to save $20 just so I can work my PS harder? It will allow me to upgrade to crossfire when I want too.

Gold certification has nothing to do with performance and the XFX 550W will run a 770.
