Server Cooling (Best way to remove Dust)

We have a server room with our servers to run our many devices. We have discovered that we have a MAJOR dust issue. We would like to know the remove dust without using Static Electricity because it may cause damage to the server. We need a solution to this other than manually using dustpan and a broom.

If its a lot then use a small vacuum but canned compressed air tends to be the simplest. I would not do it with it powered on but I have never see any form of static charge I guess i you are really worried you could ground yourself to the rack with a static grounding strap.
