Answer is Yes, the card will work on your system perfectly fine. You have an AMD APU on that board isnt it? and does it have at least 4gb of ram?

A GeForce GTX 750ti needs at least 20 amps on the 12v rail and a 400 watt power supply.

The 750ti gets his power straight from the PCIe x16 slot, therefore it does not need 20 amps on the 12v rail neither does it need a 400w power supply...straighten your facts, this card will run on any PC with some 50w to spare on the PSU
