New build specs and bios need help overclock

So I just built on this here is what i have and I will post pics of my bios. I need to know if anyone can help me get better fps in prepar3d or flight sim. Also I need to make sure my overclock bios looks right I know occt said is was using very little mem.896mb!! and on the other side 2931mb max but I have 8GB???? I will post pics of that as well.

Logisys mid atx case
Asus p5k-e mobo
E7500 2.93 oc @ 3.750
Cooler master Hyper N520
GeForce 650 ti boost GPU
8 GB ram
Windows 7 pro

So I can run Gunz 2 Arma II maxed out which is good. Right?? But I load prepar3d or flight sim an WOW!! 5 8 10 fps WTF I do not get it???

the two programs that are being run poorly need to be set to use your 650ti, otherwise they will try to use the cpu entirely (which is not a great one to begin with)

Okay I thought it would you that already so how do I set it to use my gpu??

nvidia control panel should let you set all of this, as well as go into your power settings for your computer and set performance settings to max

Okay so I tried to do it from the control panel and these games do not even show up in it. I know that the cpu is not the best but it does a lot better than the others that iI have on hane Q8300 E3700 Q6600 I have these and have tried several different clocks with all of them and this was the best one so far. What about my mem issue any insight on that??
