I am getting

I am using a h105 pushing air out of the case under the radiator

Voltage 1.72
I5 4670k @ 4.5ghz

Are my temps really high?

Not bad considering you've overclocked it by almost 20%. You could always use the fan as an intake across the rad and see if that makes a difference, but the temps aren't bad if that's what you're getting in some kind of heat test like Prime95.
