Issues with my 290 after installing Kraken G10

Ok so recently i purchased the Kraken G10 along with a Corsair H75 cooler so I could water-cool my MSI R9 290. I did it for some obvious reasons; I wanted lower temps, to eliminate throttling and to get a higher OC if possible.

Previous to the Kraken G10 I was on a stable OC which had been in use daily for the last 5 months or so. It was 1150/1450/100mv and my only real issue here was temps in a couple games like Metro last light, where it would reach 94c within 15mins and start throttling there onwards.
Most games were fine maxing at about 80-85c with 50% fans.

I recently found out (still before owning the G10) that my PSU was limiting me in overclocking further on the GPU, I discovered this by clocking my CPU back to stock from 4.8Ghz which gave me another 100-150w (FX 8350) to play with. I was able to reach 1200/1450/150mv stable. But obvisouly heat was really an issue and it didnt last long before throttling in alot of games. Or the VRM1 would reach very high and I would close whatever the application as I was worried.
But I tested it by opening my side panel and pushing fans to 100% and it was stable in Metro last light among benchmarks aswell.

Since then I have upgraded to a 1000w PSU and the G10. Its been installed for 2 days and in terms of the temperatures im very impressed.
At idle the GPU sits at 28-32c depending on time of day and the VRMs sit at about 25-30c.
While at load the GPU can be anywhere from 45-58c depending on the game of course. While VRM1 maxes at 85c and VRM2 at 65c.

The problem since the G10 is a strange issue. Basically if I have the card OCed to the old 1150/1450/100 or above it instantly splits the screen into quadrants, all identical to one another . Sometimes it does it for a split second and goes back to normal, Sometimes i have to hard reset the PC to get it back to normal. The higher the Voltage/Core clock the quicker this happens and the higher chance it wont change back.
Im completely confused by this. Because all the heat problems posed but the air cooler are now gone yet this new issues is occuring?

I know its not the PSU, as it arrived before the G10 and i OCed with it for a day or two and i had never seen this issue happen in my life till after the G10 installation.

I have reinstalled the drivers after proper removal.I dont know what to do. Is it broken?

Thanks
