Ok so i built my gaming pc a couple months back. I have had a problem. When i turn on my pc, it turns on but there is no signal. I have to restart it from 2-10 times to get signal. A few days ago i decided to switch my video card into another pci port. When i did that it started up every time, but after it started up it would run for a few minuets then crash with a 0x0000004F error every time. When i put it back in the old port, i could boot up normal without the error, but then i had to restart it 2-10 times again. Do you think its the motherboard?

Hello how are you? When you switch to the other pci-e slot it crashes because it has low bandwidth as compared to the other one nad gtx 760 require a slot with higher bandwidth. Are you sure your 6 pin pci-e power connector are properly connected to the graphic card. You are getting the no signal because power either isn't reaching the graphic card properly or you got the faulty power supply. Also when you get the no signal from the monitor leave it like for a minute or 2 it might give you display.

You should really get a better psu anyway. That way it will eliminate any causes. Even if it wasn't the power supply fault, i would still recommend a 550w from XFX, Corsair, Seasonic or Antec to leave your mind at peace. A 550w will be sufficient in any single gpu setup.

Ill try to get a new psu by then end of the month, since im turning 15 this month i will use some birthday money.

I have a new problem now, i cant start my pc with my video card in at all. Last time i tried was about 3 days ago and it took 10 min to get a signal. I just kept restarting and restarting. When i finally got it working it would cut the signal out for like 5 seconds randomly then come back, then it would say no signal and come back again. When it happened sometimes a message that said my driver crashed would come out, other times it would not.
Also i never have signal when i come back from sleep. I have tried reinstalling current drivers and old ones, but it still dosent help. So i just took it out and i am using integrated graphics for now.
Do you think its still my psu?

Well all those restarting refers to the power supply. try going to the pc repair shop or some IT shop and tell them that you want to buy a new power supply, they will you one according to your needs and let you check if it runs fine, if it runs fine than it is your current power supply. Than simply tell them that you will buy the power supply at another time.

So i just bought my new psu a Corsair CX Series 750w. I installed it and now i have a new problem. Sometimes my computer boots with the gpu as the output while other times with the integrated graphics as the output. I have configured the bios to have to the default to my pcie 1 slot.
