hdd wont allow program installs

i have recently installed an ssd as my boot drive and i am now using my previous hdd for games videos and general storage i have formatted my hdd and now if i try to install any games through steam origin or an programs at all it comes up with a write error any helpwould be great thanx

its 1tb and its 930gb free of 930 gb it can be seen in windows explorer its Local disk D it is also saying about administrator rights but i am the admin

lol some how with out me doing anything its started to work thanx for your help so far. it has now changed back to the way it was before i can now no longer delete edit move or do anything on my second hdd
