Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 530 Quad Core Desktop.

0FM586 Motherboard
4GB Ram
1-2 TB Hard Drive
2-500 GB Hard Drive
350W Max Power Supply
UPDATE!

Forgot to mention: 2.33 GHz Q8200 Intel Core 2 Quad Processor(I believe that's the exact model number, 99% sure it is)

I am thinking of getting the Gigabyte GTX 660 for my desktop (to do CAD, Gaming , ETC.) Will I be able to use it at all?

If I can not use it, what is the best graphics card under $180 that does not require power, yet is really good?

Solution
You should not use that power supply. Even if 350W could run your system with the GTX 660 (which it might not even be able to), the cheap PSU might not even be able to provide 350W, or it could explode under heavy load!

Could you measure the width of the case? (the thinner dimension, not length or height) I can't tell if the case is ATX or not :p
