you may just need to click the 'Advanced Options" link at the bottom left of the where do you want to install windows to screen as windows doesn't like to install where it finds a previous installation.
Otherwise please list your system specs, especially your motherbd if you can. It could also be that you need to install drivers during windows install (which you also do under Advanced Options).
