Okay, so a while back I accidentally knocked my computer off a small dresser (about 30" high). I was able to stick my leg under it to break a lot of the fall, but the computer still hit the floor on its right side. It's a Lenovo T520. The computer seems to work fine, or at least close to it. However, it emits a high pitched whining, straining noise when it is booting and whenever it is unplugged and running off the battery. I replaced the hard drive but it is still there. Does anyone have anyone have any idea what I should do from here? The noise is coming from the left side of the computer. Thanks.
