need minecraft gamer computer for brother

I recently obtained two dell optiplex 740 enhanced and was wondering what I could do to them for a few hundred like at most 300 to make one of them into a decent gamer for my brother. One of them has 2 1gb of ram sticks and no hard drive. The other has everything but the hard drive and ram. He will mainly be playing minecraft and watching youtube videos and maybe play some steam games. Please help me with this everyone.

The computer with 2GB ram is fine, just look for a graphics card in the sub one hundred dollar price range and that would suffice. It is a very easy game to run so you don't need to spend a ton of $$$! You can also pick up a 500 GB hard drive for like 60 bucks now days.
