How can I run a program without being an Admin?

I just bought and installed Elder Scrolls online, But there's an error of my user as not being an admin. This has happened a few times before, and when I go under the admin profile I can run the program. I can't "run program as admin". PS I can't go under the admin file without having the password put in by someone else

Very, very few current programs require 'running as admin'. I can think of no games that do this.
Install, yes. Run, no.

I think we need more info on this.
