PC Won't Boot (No Signal/No signs it boots windows w/o display)

I was playing a pc game then shutdown my PC. Turn on my PC 1 hour later and the monitor LED changes to orange when I turn on my pc. There is no signal and everything is plugged in and was working 1 hour ago. It wont boot without display either because mouse/keyboard LEDs dont lightup as if it was on desktop (pressing capslock to turn LED on keyboard on), it just doesn't boot up.

Can anyone help, thank you.

Still not workig. I was using my PC just fine an hour ago. Just tried to use it again and the monitor stays in 'Power Save Mode' the PC doesn't boot into anything nor windows since the keyboard and mouse don't light up. The onboard LED shows the first 4/6 from top to bottom in red. I hope you can help me solve this issue. Biostar TA785G3 HD
