Is this cheap(ish) gaming build good?

Hello! I'm new to building computers from scratch, but I've been reading guides online and I think that this is a fairly good build for my price range.
I'm looking primarily to play the newest games (mainly going to be ESO for a while) with great quality and framerate on a 50" 1080p television. Will this parts list do it for me, or should I go with the oft-suggested i5-3570k? I won't be overclocking anything or even attempting it. I'm really just wanting to put this together and hopefully not have to replace or upgrade anything for two years. I don't need an insane framerate, but I'd like all games to play smoothly and nicely.

TL;DR: is this build going to be good for relatively high-end gaming for at least the next year?
