Mini-ITX Gaming $700 - $800 MAX budget.

Dear Tom's Hardware.

I am hoping to play Skyrim at 1080p(1920x1080 res) in ultra settings with some graphic mods.

I was able to play Skyrim at 1920x1080 res at 44 FPS on my Sony laptop 735M but it konked out within a week of owning it because sony laptops are not really built for gaming..

So, I am preferably looking for a system that can beat a Nvid 735M dedicated gpu.

I already have a 5.1 Surround system and a 47 inch 1080p LED 120hz television to hookup to the desktop once I can make it..

My Max budget is $800 and not a cent over including the shipping.. I am a Amazon prime member so it'd be preferable for that merchant if possible.. if not its okay as long as it stays under $800.
I do not have a OS but the preferred OS would be Windows 8/8.1. Also, the maximum height the case M-ITX system can be is 12 inches. Also, I do not plan on overclocking..

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

With 3-Day Eggsaver shipping for the OS this is $3.09 over budget, but it's as close as I can get without downgrading things. While this will outperform your old laptop, I'd strongly recommend getting a GTX 750ti 2GB for just $20 more,
