Hello!

So ive had for about 2 and a half years the following rig:

I7 2600k
Asrock p67 extreme 4
Twin frozr iii gtx570
Blah blah

Assembled it myself and didnt have any issues. Til now.

I play a lot (a lot) of videogames and do some video edits on it. Recently bought batman arkham origins on steam and noticed the fans (not sure which i guess gpu's) revving more than usual, even more than with more demanding games like Titanfall.

So i opened the case and cleaned everything i could clean. Noticed the thermal paste was a little burnt out but it has always been so hence i paid no mind to it.

Put everything in place.

Downloaded some temp monitors (cant remember which ones but they were highly reviewed) and noticed the temps on the cpu were reaching their max and cutting back on games like dota2 and such. I had never encountered this problem before.

Decided to check the cpu closer, for some reason, and removed it from the metal strap. Idk why i did that.

Put it back on and it didnt start. Ive been going mad since. Its been a couple of days. I did everything that could be done according to several checklists on tomshardware and other webforums. And i believe the technical term is it wont 'post'.

Cleared CMOS

Wouldnt start.

Everything turns on (fans etc) but it wont 'take off?'

The lastthing i did was check the mobo's pins and saw some of those bent.

Sooo is my mobo bust or my cpu?

There is no integrated video on the mobo and i dont have an internal speaker.

Any leads to anything would be awesome.

Ps sorry for my bad english; im not native.
