Everything turns on, fans, LEDs, etc. The Hard Drive light flashes once or twice, but then stops altogether and computer will not boot up. All the LEDs stay on, mouse and keyboard lights are sometimes on, but not always. If I click the mouse sometimes the lights flicker a little bit, but nothing happens.
I sometimes have to restart it multiple times to get it to come on correctly, and when it does it jumps right to the username and password screen. Once I get there I have no issues until I turn it off again.
Computer is brand new. It all started when I installed three new fans. I have a 750Watt PSU and they are all low power fans, and the problem still occurred when unplugging the fans. I went back and made sure I didn't bump any power cords and have replugged everything back in multiple times. It doesn't seem to be an issue with overdrawing, otherwise it would work normal without the fans plugged in.
Any suggestions?
