My old PSU got bricked during a power surge, so I bought a SEASONIC| S12II 620 BRONZE RT.

I connected everything as needed to the motherboard, card, etc. When I flip the PSU to on it starts automatically, all the fans work that are connected to the mobo even the ones for the card.

However, anything connected to the mobo like the monitor or keyboard/mouse are not receiving any power.

Barring the power supply, this is my build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jSge

I have a ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard

I have the 4 pin one in, and the big 24 in but I may have missed the small one you connected the 4 pin adaptor to with the two thin small 4 plug ins on the opposite side

Okay, make sure you have the 4-pin CPU connected, make sure all the other power plugs are seated properly. Check that all of your other plugs are in properly, sata etc. Then, unplug everything but the power from the back and see if it will boot (sometimes devices can interfere), and make sure that your GPU and RAM are seated properly.

I went through all that with no go so far, it seems the back panel where you plug in the mouse/keyboard etc isn't getting any power to send to those things. However, everything else seems to be getting power due to the CPU/case fan moving that are connected through the mobo

This might be effecting the graphics card as well, I had plugged the monitor directly into the card but no display even though the fan on it is running.
