im planing to build a gaming rig with this mobo, a AMD 8350 FX :

M5A99FX PRO R2.0

and this RAM:

are thoose sticks compatible with the rig ?

Yes will work fine!

Those will work fine, but might want to consider 1866/9 sticks, with it's weaker MC (memory controller) the additional bandwidth will help overall performance
