Basically I am having a bit of a snag. My system fan is a 3pin that is connected to a 4 pin and is not spinning, it will spin only if I connect it to the splitter which is connected to the molex. There is also no beeps and no video when I start it up. Now I did get a GPU (specifics below) and tried to connect the DVI to the GPU and onboard but still nothing. Now I tested this with 2 CPU's just to make sure that was not the issue. Only things I have not plugged in currently are the CD-ROM drive. I really need help this is a issue as I have run out of ideas.
