Ok first of all I'm in Toronto, ON Canada.

I want an entry-mid level gaming computer that can handle most games on med setting at over 50 fps... I also plan to do video editing and rendering. I have already decided that I don't want an SSD and I want a core i5 and at least a GTX 760. I would appreciate it if someone comes up with a configuration within my budget that can perform well.....

P.S. EXCLUDING PERIPHERALS, also, I dont need an OS, my friend has win 7 i can use that.

Yes I know what overclocking is but i'm not sure if it's worth it or how to do it exactly.... as for the case. since I'm on a relatively low budget simple is fine. although I'd prefer something windowed. thanks.

well this is a difficult choice because your build had a better graphics card but as SR-71 Blackbird mentioned his build has more ram. I'm personally thinking it would be better to go with the build with the 770 but I don't know if that's the best choice. Can you guys tell me the pros and cons of these 2 builds? Thanks a lot for your help.
