The GPU starts up (rapid fan movement on boot) and the fan runs but it gives no signal to wake up the monitor.

I removed the GPU and installed it on the other PCIe slot. I moved the GPU power supply to a different location on the PSU. Nothing has worked. I'm on integrated graphics now.

The GPU worked fine yesterday. Just this morning when I turned on my computer I noticed the monitor did not wake.

Everything is connected correctly: GPU to monitor. Monitor set to HDMI. GPU is seated firmly.

I agree with Pyro. GPU worked fine all day yesterday. It never showed signs of deterioration. I did not change anything. Then today it just wasn't able to send signals to the monitor. Perhaps I didn't apply the thermal paste correctly two months ago when I decided to clean my computer thoroughly and the GPU burned out. I opened the GPU and all the capacitors looked fine. Nothing looked out of the ordinary.
