It's impossible to say. You need to look at the BIOS version on screen when you've got your system up and running.

nope. only amazon does. If it's been sitting on the shelf for 3 years, then it probably has the oldest bios. If it just came in today from asus it will have the latest bios.
for your own sanity and wallet, i suggest you simply assume it comes with the oldest bios available unless you can specifically request a recent bios from the merchant.
