I'm looking for advice on a power supply. I'm not sure whether i should be using a 650W or 750W, as different calculators give me different answers. The graphics card manufacturer reccomends a 750W or over supply for thier card, but I'm not knowledgable enough to know whether or not that will be necessary.

The build components are as follows:
CPU: i5 4670k (to be overclocked after the future installation of the watercooler listed below)
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45
Memory: 2x8GB GeIL Evo Potenza Black 1866MHz C9
Graphics Card: XFX Radeon R9 280X Black Edition (factory overclocked)
Storage: Samsung Evo 840 120GB, 2TB Seagate Barracuda, DVD/RW optical drive
Cooling: 1x140mm PWM fan, 1x92mm PWM fan (unusual I know, but what the case allows)
Near future upgrades:
2x2TB HDD
140mm water cooling loop (likely a Corsair H90) + 1x140mm fan
minimal lighting
Thanks

Yeah, I've always been on the safe side too much when it comes to PSUs ;)
