Hi All,

Attached below is my 3Dmark 11 score result for my laptop.
I was wondering if such results should be expected from my laptop or is there something wrong with my system. Do note that i have not overclocked anything as yet

Also, i was wondering what all games does this allow me to play with a medium graphics setting without damaging the hardware.

(I'm already playing BF4 with medium/low settings with no problems without any issues but at times NBA2k14 gives me a low memory error and batman arkham asylum does the same and can even give a cdd.dll issue leading to a BSOD)

Oh and I noticed a couple of people asking similar questions. I did read through a few of them but gaming is not my forte.

Thanks again for the help.

Oh that's good to know.
Also I was wondering shouldn't 2gigs of dedicated ram and 16gb of internal ram be enough to run games like batman arkham asylum and nba 2k14, considering that it can run battle field 4 on medium without the issue? it is surely above their minimum requirements and I still end up with a low memory problem.
If i open the task manager and view the ram usage it actually never even reaches 80%.
Thanks again

On other threads the cdd.dll issue is said to be an indicator that there's something wrong with your hardware. Usually it's about the RAM. There's one way to find out: Open up your pc and take out the other stick of RAM. If that doesn't fix the problem put the stick back in and take the other one out.

Sorry for the late reply. I had a look at that and ran memory diagnostic and chkdsk. both of them came back clean.
But when I ran SFC/SCANNOW i got an issue.
Here's the image:

I tried opening the log file but that just ends up showing me access denied and then a blank text file (I'm the only account and hence the admin account on this laptop)!

Ok i could read the content by pasting it on the desktop.
It has a huge load of data as expected and has several failures as well.
I don't know if this necessarily implies an issue with the ram considering that the memory diagnostic came back clean?
Also do you want me to paste the text?
And considering that opening the laptop will void my laptop's warranty should i be doing that? it would've been easier with the pc coz it's simpler to pop open the cabinet and plug in/out the rams

Damn! Thanks for trying though. Is there a way I can do that though with out having to buy another windows. I have an OEM install so as far as my knowledge there is no way to do it?

Download here and use this to burn it to DVD: http://www.imgburn.com/

The home premium downloads should work. There should be a sticker on your laptop that has your product key, which should work since you're using the key with the same motherboard it was used with before. (OEM license sticks with the motherboard it's first installed with)
