Do you mean you have put your camera's memory-card in to a card-reader connected to your laptop?

If yes, the memory card may be corrupt and therefore unreadable, so you need to buy a new card.

Before buying a new card, try using a different laptop to read the existing card.

thank you for your reply. but actually its not the problem i think, if i connect a pen drive, it have to showed in disk drive F:\ . but now it is being shown in G:\ in device manager, a usb connector is in not working state

What drivers are listed for "disk drives" in device manager?
