Hello, im a newbie from Indonesia,
I want to build a PC but im confuse because my budget is very low,
So what i want you guys to help me choose between:

Asrock Pro 3 combined with HD 7850 or
Asus M5A78L-M LX V2 combined with HD 7850.

i want to play Crysis3 , BF4 on Ultra Settings.

I will use
FX-6300
Enermax NAXN 500 watt

With that resolution and with no AA it should handle BF4 at ultra fairly well and Crysis 3 would run at high-ultra settings. Don't get either of those motherboards, since the other one is horrendously outdated and the other one doesn't support the FX-6300 without a bios update (which you can't do without a compatible CPU).

The 7850 will not run either on ultra. For BF4 you need at least the GTX 770/R9 280X for ultra @ 1080p and over 60fps. The GTX 760 will get you a nice 50 fps on average. You will need even more than that for Crysis 3 to run smoothly on ultra.
