Best settings for Elder Scrolls Online with an AMD 8570?

Hey guys just wondering what are the best setting for E.S.O with my graphics card, I want atleast 30^ fps With quite good Graphics, I know it's a lot to ask but is there any sneaky tips I could use? Thanks :D

Just try and maximize settings in the option, when it starts lagging just lower a setting a bit. That is the only way i think. And btw online games are badly optimized so you are lucky if you are running it without lag most of the people get artifacts and 10-15 fps and alot of lagging.

Can you please expound upon this a bit, because I have an 8670M which is more powerful and i can't get above 30 on medium.

It is not powerful in fact it will perform a little worse or on par with the 8570. You see you are using a mobility graphic card and they are not that great in terms of gaming. try lower more settings and see if it is working fluently, as it should if it doesn't than post the system specs i will see what can i do.
