Hey guys. I was wondering if any of you would be able to put together a gaming PC. I have no need for monitors, keyboards etc, or an OS. And I know it sounds strange , but no GPU since I will be using my friends 550 ti for now, thanks.

Solution
This is what I came up with:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($39.00 @ Mwave Australia)
Motherboard: ASRock 990FX Extreme3 ATX AM3+/AM3 Motherboard ($135.00 @ CPL Online)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($99.00 @ Mwave Australia)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($69.00 @ PLE Computers)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($85.00 @ PCCaseGear)

Future upgrades to this could be:
-add an SSD (120 gb samsung evo- $120)
-Upgrade gpu

Edit: If you can find a seasonic or xfx power supply that is bronze rated instead of gold it would be cheaper
