i can't connect to a wify

Solution
Try restarting the router or modem (unplug it from wall-socket, then plug it back in again and wait for all it's lights to show "okay".

If you still have the problem, try changing the router's wireless channel by opening it's configuration manager in any web-browser, then go to the wireless section - - you can change the channel there.
