I have an AMD FX 8320 at 4 Ghz. I wanted to know what is most high end card that can be paired with my cpu without any bottleneck. I want to know both Radeon and Geforce. Also recommend a special set of cards that can also run with my cpu and corsair vs 650 psu separately. Thanks.

I'd say a GTX 770 or R9 280x would be most efficient paired with your CPU.

Although really, games aren't very CPU focused and you could probably run a GTX 780 or R9 290 without a significant bottleneck. Your PSU would probably be fine, but it'd be safer to go for the GTX 770 or R9 280X.
