Hey, I've recently bought a new computer, here's the specs

AMD FX 8350
Radeon r9 270
16GB DDR3
500W PSU
Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3
2TB HDD

The thing is, whenever I start a game or begin a download for example, the fans seem to ramp up to what seems like 100% rpm

I've done a few temperature tests, and the case temp is around 35 degrees, CPU is around 45 - 55, and the GPU is around 55 also. Are these temperatures normal for gaming, and if so, why do my fans get so fast and so loud. I want to use it for gaming, but it gets unbearable to sit next to anytime I go to use it

Cheers

Solution
CPU temperature of 45-55 is ok, while gaming, and the GPU temperature of 55 is just fine, also while gaming. The weak spot is the stock cooler that comes bundled with the AMD CPU.
Check if the CPU Cooler is connected to the CPU_FAN on the motherboard .Also another problem might be that old motherboard with 760G chipset, which is not made for FX 8300 series. The motherboard might be throttling the CPU or underclocking it.
