With 2x4GB of RAM, you will utilize the motherboards dual channel configuration. Motherboards with dual channel configuration always work better with 2 sticks of RAM, instead of 1 stick of RAM. You will see on the motherboard that the memory slots are colored differently, in Z87-A's case, 2 memory slots are colored black, 2 memory slots are colored gold. When installing RAM, use gold with gold, or black with black memory slot, to enable dual channel mode.

Thanks once again. FYI I have already placed this order based on your feedback. I just need to know one more thing. I am planning to buy a graphics card too for solid gaming experience. Please tell me if Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 Graphics Card is compatible with these components.

Yes, the GPU is compatible, but it is not pretty solid performer. Maybe it was better to cut on CPU and motherboard and spend more money on GPU. IF you are planing in recent future to upgrade the GPU, than it is ok, but if you stick with 7770 for a long time, it will underperform in today's games.
