Hi,
-Stay away form AMD mATX motherboards, they are old with 760G chipset and they don't work very well with newer Vishera/Piledriver CPUs like the FX 6300
Newer 970 or 990 chipset motherboards are not available in mATX, so for the FX 6300 you will need 970 or 990 chipset ATX motherboard.
-If the R9 270X is cheaper, get that one. The R9 270X and GTX 760 are almost equal in gaming performance, with GTX 760 having a slightly edge of 7-8% in gaming performance.
-Also better use 2X4GB of RAM, instead of 1X8GB of RAM, to enable dual channel mode.
