A basic google search of your error code suggests that the problem is with your graphics card.
Take the following steps and see if it helps.

1. Update your graphics card drivers. Head to the manufacturer page (AMD or Nvidia) and get the newest drivers for your card.
2. Set your cards settings to default, don't try overclocking it.
