can I use the microsoft usb/dvd tool to install windows on a new computer?

I download the windows7 iso file and it burned and said creating bootable disk. After it said complete. Ihave a product key and can I ise that tool on a new computer? I know how to setup which drive runs forst on BIOS

The Ginger
It doesn't matter how you install windows, from a burnt disk.. or a Windows disk, or even USB.. as long as you have a product key it will install and work like normal.
