well after the new update DICE said that it tried to counter rubber banding, but every thing was running fine before the update. after the new update i noticed a lot of rubber banding. Then i checked connection manager and saw that when i play multiplayer in bf4 the network changes from HSPA to EDGE. Also i used to get a good ping before like 80-150 and every thing was great but now i get about 277-999 ping in bf4 this is crazy
