Hello,I've been OC my CPU and while checking CPU-Z I noticed that my voltage is too high for no reason since I didn't do anything with vCore and I'm pretty sure that something is wrong.Base voltage for my CPU should be 1.15V - 1.25V but in my case its jumping between 1.325-1.344.
It doesn't matter if its OC or not,its always the same unless I OC to 2.6 GHz then it pushes the voltage to 1.444. without me doing anything and even if i increase it by 0.05V it will increase it even more.

Asus M3N78-VM
Phenom x4 9500 2.2@2.4ghz
DDR2 800mhz
