Here are my PC specs.

Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo CPU
E4600 @ 2.40GHz
2.40 GHz, 1.96 GB of RAM
500GB
PSU 450 watts

Motherboard:
GigaByte
GA-G41M-ES2L

I need help overclocking it. What's the most stable and best setting for it?

I use my PC for gaming. Still planning to get Sapphire HD Radeon 7750 GDDR3 or GDDR5 soon.

Solution
you can try this, you may be able to overclock it to 3.5
Robust Graphics Booster___________ [Auto or fast]
CPU Clock Ratio ____________ [10]
Fine Clock Ratio ____________[0.5]
CPU Host Clock Control_ [Enabled]
CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [333]
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [100]
C.I.A. 2__________________________ [Disabled]
System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [2.40B]
DRAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [Manual]

Performance Enhance = [Standard]

CAS Latency Time________________ 5
Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay_________ 5
Dram RAS# Precharge Delay_______5
Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 15

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ 3-4
Rank Write to READ Delay________ 3-6
Write to Precharge Delay_________ 4-6
Refresh to ACT Delay______________ 52-62

for the best results just look at some videos on youtube like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ewMy7tmpGI which shows you how to overclock the intel core 2 duo or you can look at some text guides online like http://www.overclock.net/t/1429189/how-to-overclock-a-core-2-duo-e4600-beginner-d
http://www.legionhardware.com/articles_pages/intel_core_2_duo_e4600_overclocking_performance,1.html
http://forum.overclock3d.net/showthread.php?t=35259
and then look at something like a basic overclocking safety guide because all processors will differ on the overclock settings.

I actually watched the video. The thing I want is the steps or GHz i can do with my PC specs. Those people have different kind of Motherboards and Power supply from mine.

Well for what you currently have which isn't much you shouldn't worry about having enough power. 450 watts from a 80 plus power supply will always be more than enough for a system like yours for overclocking. Do you know what bios you have?

So the one in the link? I will go try that one. And anyway, i'm not changing anything at the Votlage part? just the CPU frequency?
