Hi guys,
I have a MSI HD R7770 GHz Edition 1GB(ebuyer.com) and it has failed to install (Windows Error code 43).

First time installation I took out my old GT610 and put in the new 7770 and it did not give any signal output, so i switched off the machine and put in my GT610 in the 2nd PCI-E slot. Looking into device manager (HDMI output in the 610) i see that it has windows error code 43. So I delete the drivers via uninstall in device manager, and re-install it multiple times. This still not working, I have updated my BIOS and upgraded to Windows 7 SP1.

It is still not working, could I please have help? (PC specs below)

Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit)
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3
CPU: AMD FX-4100 Black Edition
GPUS(S): Main - MSI HD R7770 GHz Edition 1GB
Secondary - EVGA GeForce GT610 2GB
RAM: 8GB (Not sure on make and model)
PSU: Corsair CX750 750Watts
HDD: WD 500GB
Case: CTI

Thanks for reading and I look forward for some help.

Uninstall all drivers, run a program like DDU (display driver uninstaller) in safe mode, then install the new card drivers etc, all should be good.

Edit: You mite need to run it twice to get rid of the old Nvida drivers and any ati ones (it wouldn't hurt) then install the new card

Hi guys,
Thanks for the responses.
Ducky: I have tried that many of times, un-installing all the drivers and re-installing them. The one thing that I haven't done is updated the drivers via CCC. This is because i do not get wired internet till 8th April, currently I am working off a hotspot. Could this be the problem?
Smorizio: I have sent the card back to ebuyer.com they say they cannot find faults with the card, and when I took it to pcworld and another PC store, they both said it was DoA. I have threatened them with the Sales of Goods act 1979 Amended, but they said they could not find a fault so it is fit for purpose.

if you used a credit card to buy the gpu call them up and do a change back. it a 5 min thing for the credit card company to do they send you a form on why you want it done. after it done they tell you to mail the card back to the store with a tracking info.

Smorizio: They only refund if they can find a problem. I am researching Consumer Protection and Sales of Goods Act further so that I can take further action. They still refuse to give me a refund.
