Nope it shouldn't. You should be good to go with a GTX 660 so long as you have a strong enough power supply. OCing the cpu a bit wouldn't hurt either.

It will help a bit though. Make sure you do at least 500 mhz if you have good cooling and psu for a notable increase.

If you can an 8320 for more future upgrades or at least a 6300. But 4300 and 6300 doesn't have much difference though.

Difference between a 4300 and 6300 is huge. Two extra cores for an extra 10 dollars. Get the FX-6300 for gaming, get the FX-8320 for heavy duty video editing. The FX-6300 will edit video just fine and overclocks like a champ.
