I would change PSU to better one like XFX, Seasonic, Antec and other Corsair models (Except CX, CS)!
Overall good build, also look at MSI's Twin Frozr version of GTX-760!

Looks good so far. A suggestion would be to upgrade from the stock CPU cooler. Intel's stock coolers suck.

Yep CPU cooler (Hyper 212 EVO about $35) and if budget permits an SSD, same on budget, Haswell like fast DRAM so might look to 1866/9 or even 2133 sticks

Thanks for the comments so far guys, im going to add the Hyper 212 EVO to my build and change the corsair ram for the G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB).
Unfortunately im not gonna be able to add a SSD to my build because of my budget.
Also should i go with the evga gtx 760 with acx cooling SC or MSI gtx 760 Hawk? The MSI card is 20 £ more expensive but if its better than the evga one im gonna go with the MSI card.

On nVidia cards I normally look to EVGA and Asus first (and normally go with one of them), the EVGA cards are very good and love the Asus 760 CU card, great cooling and OCs well

I would go for EVGA because it's cheaper than HAWK but if MSI's Twin Frozr Gaming card is the same price as EVGA's card I would go for MSI! I have one in my rig and it's really silent under load!
