More heat issues!?!?!? Why do you think they made it a triple slot card? 2.5 slots worth of PCB AND cooling with another 1/2 slot for increased airflow. Really great answer there bregh :thumbs down:

Anyways, yes. The Titan Z is mostly a Titan Black in 1 card. A system will recognize the dual GPU's and you will have to "internally" SLI them. This is a very old thread but maybe you can use my answer for solving it! The Titan Z is actually the only card out there that's a true multipurpose GPU. It can render better than any card built for gaming (including the new Titan X) and can play games better than any card built for rendering. That's why they were so expensive when they launched, then the price dropped to less than half for about a month when Maxwell launched (the 900 series) and now the prices are back up to and even over the $3000 MSRP!

And even if this answer didn't help you, maybe it can help someone else.
