Seconded on the PSU. All XFX PSU's are made by Seasonic (arguably the best consumer PSU manufacturer)

Also, if you're going to spend more for 1866 RAM (which I don't recommend with that CPU anyway), buy a motherboard that can support it more easily. The M5A78L-M needs some significant overclocking to reach 1866, it only supports 1333 without it.

Else, save a bit and buy 1600 memory (a decent pair of 1600 sticks can be overclocked to 1866 anyway).
