Can I add gtx 650 on this pc

i currently have gt 240 graphic card and im planning to upgrade to gtx 650 ti overclocked 1gb here is a screenshot from gpu z http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/14/04/02/3e2.png and can i change my current gt 240 with this gtx 650 ti and if i can will the pci-e 2.0 reduce the performance of the graphic card and how much %? Thanks in advance

You pc should be able to handle it. The main question is will your PSU be strong enough to handle the 650. We need complete system specs in order to give a definitive answer.

my psu is 450 wats so i think it sould handle it right?

That depends on the manufacturer of the PSU. if it is a good brand, like Seasonic, then yes. if it is a no-name model then maybe, maybe not.

Never heard of them, and they aren't on this list:

so I would be very cautious in trusting it. I would recommend getting a 450/500 watt unit from Corsair, Seasonic, XFX, Enermax, Antec or PCP&C.
