So I live in Syria and want to get a new gaming PC, purchases will be made from a local retailer who imports parts, I have a 3500$ budget and another 1000$ for taxes that you don't have to worry about. I never built a gaming PC before which is why I'm asking for help. Thanks in advance.

Note: some of you were confused about the currency, its in US Dollars, not Syrian Pounds.

Approximate Purchase Date: May 2014

Budget Range: 3500$

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Surfing the internet

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com

Location: Damascus, Syria

Parts Preferences: I'd rather have Nvidia and Intel parts instead of AMD.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Yes

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: I'd like a quiet PC.

Syria doesnt exactly have online order... the store orders parts from abroad and imports them to Lebanon then to Syria, its a really complex process but he can get any parts so you dont have to worry about whats available since he only gets part if ordered.

Two, 240GB SSDs, one for your OS/Programs, 1 for Games. A Mechanical HDD for the clutter.
GTX 780ti, plenty for gaming with more than enough DRAM and a capable CPU.
NZXT Case with an NZXT Radiator with mind to cooling if you want to explore overclocking. With a capable PSU.
For 1 monitor, I am unsure you need to SLI the Graphics cards, but if that's what you want and you can afford it, go ahead both barrels, man.

Hope you get some ideas and find what you are looking for.
