XFX power supply not compatible with haswell?

I was about to purchase this build when I read amazon review: WARNING NOT FOR HASWELL. It goes on to link http://xfxforce.com/pt-br/Features/haswell-compatibility-with-xfx-power-supplies.aspx.

I'm not quite sure what to do, can anyone confirm any of this and recommend suitable replacement if that is the case. Purchasing tonight.

(don't plan on going SLI but will replace the GTX 660 ti with a high end maxwell card in 2015)

Great, going to get the XFX one then, its cheaper. There is also the same XFX 650W but its Semi-Modular at the same price, not sure if it makes difference in performance or build ease. Which would you recommend?
