I have an R9 270 from HIS in my build currently, and I plan on upgrading a lot of the parts in fall after working all summer and saving some money. I don't want to just stop using my 270 and buy a different higher end card, so I want to buy another one and Crossfire them. The problem is that my PSU is a CX500 so it definitely will NOT cut it. I also need to upgrade my motherboard since there is only one x16 PCI Express slot and the other one is x4. So, I've read that 650+ watts minimum is what I would need to Crossfire a pair of 270X's, but since I have the non-X variant I would assume I would need slightly less power. Either way, I wouldn't want to limit the power of the GPU's so I figured 750W is a good idea. Seeing as Bronze power supplies are about 82% efficient, that would mean I would at most get 615 watts of power. this concerns me, and I don't really want a huge chunk of my upgrade budget to be for a power supply, yet I still want to Crossfire my 270 so that I don't just end up boxing up my first GPU and never use it. What do you think is a good PSU to Crossfire two R9 270's? Heat isn't going to be an issue for me, I will be upgrading my case's cooling to be extremely efficient and the variant of the 270 I have (HIS) is very good at staying cool. Power consumption isn't really an "issue", it's just not something I know what to do about. Thanks in advance

Yeah it should work with CF r9 270. The requirement is 700w. I will 2x pci 16x which you don't have and cf is not possible without it.
