Which setup is better for 3d rendering (software like 3dsmax, revit etc.) not for gaming?

ASRock Z87 Pro4 + 16GB DDR3 2400 MHz CL11
or maybe
ASRock H87 Fatal1ty Performance + 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz CL9

In PC there will be no GPU, only CPU Intel i7 4770K

I will OC this PC.

If you're going to OC then first option (Z87 Pro4 and 2400MHz RAM)!

Yes, performance is more important. You think is that possible that intel will block OC @ H79 Fatal1ty?

H87 is just doesn't support OC, you still can play a bit with it's BCLK but it won't give you pure and easy overclock like Z87 motherboard!

As other have said, you cant overclock the H87 that leaves you only 1 choice.

Interesting thing to me is performance of 2400 MHz CL11 vs. 1600 MHz CL9 during rendering and operating on huge files.
